  1. Out of six teachers appointed 02 teachers are not qualified as per norms.
  2. Experience certificate of Principal not submitted.
  3. The institution has not submitted the copy of the advertisement for recruitment of teachers.
  4. Affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper by the secretary regarding selection committee not submitted.
  5. Individual affidavit on Rs.10/- stamp paper by the teaching staff not submitted
  6. The institution has launched its website however, information as per NCTE regulation are not uploaded in the website.

(Private) (West Bengal State University) (Code No.APE01026 The Committee considered the reply of the institution dt. 10.08.2009 received on 20.08.2009 in response to ERC Letter dated 04.08.2009 along with relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time and decided that Order under Clause 7(11) of Regulations, 2007 for annual intake of 100 for B.Ed. Course from the session 2009-2010 subject to satisfactorily opening of website by 31.08.2009 as per the NCTE Rules & Regulations, failing which refusal order may be issued.

(Directorate of Educational Research and Training) Code No. APE00750 The Committee considered the reply of the institution dt. 13.08.2009 received on 25.08.2009 in response to ERC notice 04.08.2009 along with relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time and noted that three teachers are not qualified as per the NCTE norms. The relaxation in this regard is awaited from the NCTE Hqrs. If relaxation is received by 31.08.2009 from the NCTE Hqrs. R.D. may issue order under 7(11) otherwise refusal order may be issued for the deficiency mentioned above.

(Berhampur University) (Code No.APE00961 The Committee considered the reply of the institution dt. 20.08.2009 received in this office on 24.08.2009 in response to ERC notice 05.08.2009 along with relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time and decided that order under 7(11) be issued after receipt of the list of qualified teaching staff by 31.8.2009 as committed by the Director, TE & SCERT, Govt. of Orissa who is also the member of the ERC, failing which refusal order may be issued.
