The Committee considered the list of the institution which are ready for inspection and selected a panel of 4 names of visiting team experts for visit of the institution. Out of 4 experts 2 experts may be sent as a Visiting Team. It has been decided that the office may communicate with the experts as shown in the panel of each of the institution and date of inspection be fixed after obtaining the consent from the 2 experts out of 4 experts and the V.T. may be sent accordingly. However, in case of non-availability of any of the experts mentioned in one panel, the office of the ERC may consider the other name of experts as approved for other institution panel, if the members give their consent for the visit of the institution. The Committee also approved the following panel of experts for visit of the institution in case of emergent decision of deciding the V.T. in case of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court/Appellate Authority/NCTE Hqrs. etc. and authorized the Regional Director, ERC for selecting the same out of the following approved panel. |
