and 07, the Committee noted that the complaints
are with regard to B.Ed colleges in the Bihar
State, for which, as per the decision of the
Hon’ble High Court of Patna in CWJC No. 13297/
2009, the Apex Body of NCTE is already
conducting inspections u/s 13 of the NCTE Act
(Agenda Item No. 104.07.02)
With regard to complaint at Sr. No. 06, the ERC
noted the contents of the complaint received
against the institution and decided that the
institution be directed to submit its comments
