ER-95.4.13 Mekhliganj Netaji Primary Teachers’ Training Institute, PO/PS – Mekhliganj, Dist – Cooch Behar, West Bengal - 735304 (PTT (D.Ed.)( Private)(West Bengal Board of Primary Education) Code No.APE00773 The ERC noted that the office has issued an Acceptance Letter to the institution as per the direction of the Appellate Authority seeking consent or its readiness for inspection of the infrastructure & instructional facilities provided for running the proposed teacher education programme as per the NCTE norms and decided that VT may be sent after compliance of the same.
NOTE As per NCTE Hqrs. letter dt. 13.03.2009 regarding enforcement of provisions under Regulation 8(7) of NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 regarding possession of land by the institutions, the land should be in the name of institution concerned either on ownership basis or on lease basis from the Govt. / Govt. Institution for a period not less than 30 years and it is free from all encumbrances. Therefore, the institution is required to comply the above Norms strictly under Regulation 8(7) of NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 and submit the required documents within3 (three) months from the issue of the letter.
ER-95.4.14 Kalna Primary Teachers’ Training Institute,At – Panduah Road, PO – Kalna,Dist – Burdwan, West Bengal – 713 409(B.Ed.)( Private)( West Bengal Board of Primary Education)Code No.APE00691 The ERC noted that the office has issued LOI as per the direction of the Appellate Authority and decided to await reply of the institution as per the NCTE norms.
NOTE As per NCTE Hqrs. letter dt. 13.03.2009 regarding enforcement of provisions under Regulation 8(7) of NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 regarding possession of land by the institutions, the land should be in the name of institution concerned either on ownership basis or on lease basis from the Govt. / Govt. Institution for a period not less than 30 years and it is free from all encumbrances. Therefore, the institution is required to comply the above Norms strictly under Regulation 8(7) of NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 and submit the required documents within3 (three) months from the issue of the letter.

(Additional Course) (Private) (Magadh University) Code No. APE00855 The Committee considered the reply received in ERC office dt. 17.04.2009 in response to ERC acceptance letter dt. 09.01.2009 along with relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time. The ERC noted that the office has issued an Acceptance Letter to the institution seeking consent or its readiness for inspection of the infrastructure & instructional facilities provided for running the proposed teacher education programme as per the NCTE norms and decided that VT may be sent after compliance of the same.

(Private) ( West Bengal Board of Primary Education) Code No.APE00730 The Committee considered the reply of the institution received in ERC office dt. 08.04.2009 in response to ERC acceptance letter dt. 28.02.2009 along with relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time. The ERC noted that a reply to the Acceptance Letter issued by the ERC office has been received and decided that VT for inspection of the infrastructure & instructional facilities provided for running the proposed teacher education programme as per the NCTE norms may be sent immediately.

ER-95.4.17 Bhagawan Budh Primary Teacher’s Education College, Vill/PO. – Bajrahian, PS – Gautam Budh Nagar,Via – Maharaj Ganj, Dist – Siwan, Bihar – 841238 (BTC) (Private) (Bihar School Examination Board, Patna) Code No. APE00821 The Committee considered the reply of the institution received in ERC office dt. 28.04.2009 in response to ERC Letter of Intent dt. 27.03.2009 along with relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time and decided that Notice u/s 14(3) (b) may be issued giving 30 days time with a direction to the institution to comply the following deficiencies:
  1. The institution is required to submit the building completion certificate duly approved by the Govt. Engineer
  2. Fixed Deposit Receipt of Rs. 3.00 lakhs (in original) not submitted as Reserve Fund. The institution submitted Laminated FDR of Rs. 3 lakhs which is not acceptable.
  3. Principal appointed by the institution is not qualified as per the NCTE norms. The institution is required to submit appoint Principal as per the NCTE norms and submit details of Principal as per the NCTE norms in the affidavit of Rs.10/- stamp paper
  4. Downloaded copies from the website not submitted by the institution.

ER-95.5.1 Mahendra Das B.Ed. Teacher’s Training College Mithia, Nechua, Jalalpur, Dist- Gopalganj, (B.Ed.) (Vinoba Bhave University) (Private) Code No.APE00852 The Committee considered the case of the institution along with the Visiting Team Report, relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time and decided that Notice u/s 14(3) (b) may be issued giving 30 days time with a direction to the institution to comply the following deficiencies:
  1. The institution is required to submit the building completion certificate mentioning therein Khasra No., Plot no., details of total land area, built up area which should be as per the approved building plan & land documents of the institution and the same should be suitable to run teacher training course as per the NCTE norms duly approved by Govt. Engineer and countersigned by the authority concerned.
  2. The institution is required to submit individual affidavits on Rs.10/- Non-Judicial stamp paper as per the prescribed format to be submitted by the academic staff duly selected and appointed. In case the individual affidavits are not submitted the institution may submit countersigned statement of staff appointed as per the NCTE norms as per approval of the concerned affiliating body. The same be submitted in the prescribed format duly countersigned by the concerned affiliating body.
  3. Facilities of Educational Technology Lab is not available.
  4. Facilities of Language Learning are not available.
  5. In the Library the Journals /Periodicals are not available.

Mithila University) Code No. APE00921 The Committee considered the case of the institution along with the Visiting Team Report, relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time and decided that Recognition Order under Clause 7(11) of Regulations, 2007 for annual intake of 100 for B.Ed. Course from the session 2009-2010 may be issued after verification of website and receipt of the downloaded copies of the website and experience certificate of the Principal.

Women’s University) Code No. APE00740 The Committee considered the case of the institution along with the Visiting Team Report, relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time and decided that Notice u/s 14(3) (b) may be issued giving 30 days time with a direction to the institution to comply the following deficiencies:
  1. ER-95.5.4 Millat Teacher’s Training College, Vill – Bhowara (Madhubani), Rahika, Po – Bhowara, Bihar – 847212 (B.P.Ed.)( Private) (L.N. Mithila University) Code No. APE001007 The Committee considered the case of the institution along with the Visiting Team Report, relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time and decided that letter of intent prior to permission under Clause 7(9) of Regulations, 2007 may be issued giving 30 days time with a direction to the institution to comply the following deficiencies:
  1. The institution shall make appointment of faculty/staff by a duly constituted selection committee and ensure selection of candidates possessing qualifications as prescribed under rules.
  2. An Affidavit on Rs. 100/- Non-Judicial stamp paper by the Applicant is required to be submitted alongwith individual affidavits on Rs.10/- Non-Judicial stamp paper as per the prescribed format to be submitted by the academic staff duly selected and appointed.
  3. The institution may submit countersigned statement of staff appointed as per the NCTE norms as per approval of the concerned affiliating body. The same be submitted in the prescribed format duly countersigned by the concerned affiliating body. In such case the institution shall submit the same alongwith an affidavit on Rs.100/- Non-judicial stamp paper duly signed by the authorized representative of the management of the institution as per the prescribed format. Individual affidavit is not required to be submitted in such cases.
  4. The institution shall launch its website covering, inter alia, the details of the institution, its location, name of the course applied for with intake, availability of physical infrastructure (land, building, office, classrooms, and other facilities/amenities), instructional facilities (laboratory, library etc.) and the particulars of their proposed teaching and non-teaching staff etc. with photographs. The downloaded copies of the website is required to be submitted
