  1. The institution has not appointed the Principal so far. The Name of Principal was not mentioned in the list of teaching staff. Affidavit of Rs. 100/- and Rs. 10/- regarding selection committee not submitted.
  2. The institution has not submitted the certified copies from land department regarding land document.

  1. The land & building is of degree college and the same is not as per the NCTE norms.
  2. The institution has not appointed the teaching staff. However, they have given an undertaking that they will appoint teaching and non-teaching staff for teacher education course.
  3. As per VT remarks the institution is not functioning from its own building. The institution is proposes to function from its own building+3 colleges
  4. It does not have library resources for B.Ed. programme. It does not have the psychology lab, language lab, work experience lab, Art and Music lab.
  5. It doe not obtained permission from the appropriate authority to utilize the facilities of the degree college for the self financing course leading to B.Ed. degree.

The Committee also noted the relaxation given by the NCTE Hqrs. and keeping in view the relaxation granted for West Bengal Govt.   1. As per VTR, the building construction is yet to complete. It is not as per para 8(10) of regulations.

  1. As per VT Remarks Infrastructural facilities not adequate. As per the VT Remarks “ The space is not adequate. However the managing committee has agree to go for hiring accommodation till the completion of the second floor of the building , the instructional facilities such as library, laboratory, furniture, computers, teaching-learning aids are available which is not adequate. The managing committee has agree to procure all such materials adequately after obtaining recognition/permission from NCTE which is not as per NCTE Act, Rule and Regulations.   1. Experience certificate of the Principal not submitted. List of teaching staff with qualification is not issued by the competent authority. As per the affidavit Rs. 10/- stamp paper submitted by the teaching staff, % of marks has not been shown.
  2. Certified copies of ownership/Lease documents of land in favour of the institution where the proposed B.Ed. Course will be opened as per para 8 (7) & 8 (8) alongwith English version of Land document duly notarized not submitted.

  4. As per the application form the institution is a self financed private institution. Memorandum of Association & Bye-laws not submitted which is not as per NCTE Regulation.
  5. Mode of possession not clearly given in affidavit
  6. As per the application form the college is running a general College namely M.P. College, Mohania, Kaimur. The institution was also required to submit clarification for the infrastructure of the proposed teacher training institution since a general college is also being run by the institute land documents, building plan and building completion certificate exclusively for the earmarked area is to be submitted by the institution. But the institution not submitted any supporting document.
