  2. No Document will be received in person by hand at the ERC, NCTE office.

  3. The Documents will have to be sent by the concerned institution by post.

  4. The institution will retain proof of sending the documents by post.

  5. No query regarding the status of fresh applications will be entertained till the end of November, 2008.
